Games, Games, Games
Be a part of some "out of the norm" games...or OON's as we like to call them. These aren't your everyday games. Join in on invasion games like "Capture the Flag" and "Team Handball" and move on to "Bucket Ball" and "To the Moon."
Volleyball
Bump, set, spike! Go beyond your normal backyard games and learn the basics of Vollyeball, how to properly volley, and even what the words "dig" and "ace" mean. You'll even get to participate in tournament games by the end of the week.
Karate
The "art of hand and foot" has been around for a long, long time. And, now you get a chance to learn some really cool techniques from certified ITA teachers. Choose this sport if you want to learn safety awareness tips, develop self-defense skills, gain self-esteem and confidence, and kick and punch a lot (just not your partner). Oh yeah, did we mention that you will really have fun, too!
